Terms and Conditions

  1. work will be started after 4 working days.
  2. while working if there is any problem in measurements, re measurements will be done jointly which will be final.
  3. before starting work 3d design will be done, the company will work according to that 3d design.
  4. payment mode presented payments- Before= (35% , 35%, 25%)=(40%, 40% 15%) = (60%/35%) =The customer will pay according to the percentage choose
    By the customer it is mandatory. Advance must be made before work, advances
    Must be made in the middle of the work,and advances must be made before the work is completed. But 5 % payment on the total work value will be paid by the customer at the end.
  5. you have to choose between the materials selected by the company.
    if material is selected outside of this customer will pay extra but company not warranty accepted.
  6. any issue the work date may be increase emergency problem.(maximum days)
  7. the company will work according to what is written in the contract.
  8. work will be completed full payment will be closed and then project handover
  9. extra work will be charges.
  10. the company will do all the work that is written in the contract. If the customer asks for any extra work, then the contract will be changed and a new contract will be prepared.
  11. during work if the customer in work creates some kind of problem according to the contract if the customer does not perform the work outside the contract if the customer wants to do the work the work will be stopped there.
    So, if the work is stopped for any reason be,it because of work or due to payment then work the company will not take any responsibility for the
    Temporary shutdown there if even then if the customer wants to work,
    The company will take legal step.
  12. if there is any problem from the company then the company will solve it..
  13. If you confirm any extra work, be it in agreement or normal SMS If that work has to be cancelled, then it must be done within three days Otherwise there will be no cancellation.
  14. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so within 3 days. The advance will not be refunded if the booking is canceled after 3 days.
